Now, Wilson, the president and CEO of The Renew Group, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and transforming communities, is creating legacies in Saint Leo University’s 社会工作学士 Program. For last year’s inaugural 有影响力的社会工作女性 event, Wilson donated and created four scholarships for undergraduate social work students, which were presented at the event by Dr. Ebony Perez, chair of the program.

Wilson provided another scholarship at October’s 社会工作会议, and will provide four more scholarships at this year’s Influential Women in 社会工作 event set for 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday, March 6, at the university’s 健康中心, and online via Zoom.

Wilson has worked with Saint Leo’s BSW and 社会工作硕士 students, and in working with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office Child Protective Investigations (CPI), he found that many of the employees were Saint Leo graduates. 他说：“这让我对圣利奥大学强大的BSW项目有了更深的了解。”
